We’re Philly Neat Freaks and we are on a mission to control the chaos and create beautiful, badass, functional spaces for every client we meet. And we’re growing! We’re looking for creative, hardworking humans to join us as Professional Organizers.

What it’s like to be a Freak

No two days are the same. One day you’re rescuing a kitchen from total chaos, the next you’re unpacking and organizing a whole house, decluttering a closet, or helping a client who just needs a little push to get started. It takes creativity, empathy, some muscle, and a good sense of humor.

We believe organizing isn’t about perfection. It’s about making everyday life easier and meeting people right where they are. Judgment has no place on this team.

Who we’re looking for

You need a real love of turning chaos into calm, plus a kind heart and the ability to show up on time and take initiative. You’re happy flying solo or working with the team, and you like people from all walks of life. We’ll train you (paid!) and there’s a path to Lead Organizer.

Logistics

  • Part-time, hourly W-2 position

  • 3-5 days a week, Monday through Saturday, mostly 10 AM to 3 PM

  • Typically 15-30+ hours a week, depending on client demand

  • Projects in Greater Philly, generally within 20 miles of Center City

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and smartphone required

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate stairs
