Where do I start? How does the process work?
Fill out the Contact Us form and you will receive an email from us within 48hrs. We will ask which type of consultation you’d prefer, virtual or in-person. The consultation allows us to discuss scope, goals, and order products if necessary. Then we’re ready to schedule the sessions! Typically sessions are 4-5 hour blocks of focused decision making. To make the most out of our time together, we recommend planning to minimize distractions (interruptions from kids, pets, roommates, etc…)
What is the consultation?
We offer virtual consultations for $75 and in-person consultations for $100. These typically last 30 minutes to an hour. During the consultation the client leads us through their space, we ask questions to understand how it currently functions or doesn’t function, and identify goals. Together we nail down the important aspects of the project (scope, products, and quote) so everyone is on the same page and ready to rock and roll in session. Please note: pricing for in-person consultations may increase depending on travel distance.
How much does a session cost?
Each session is unique, and our work depends on the scope of your project. Our standard rate is $90 per hour per organizer. Heavily cluttered or non-hygienic spaces—like some basements or garages—may be priced higher, and pricing may also increase based on travel distance. Where do you work?
We currently operate within Philadelphia city limits, but can travel further for an additional fee.
What do I need to do to prepare for a consultation/session?
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It’s best that we see your space in its natural state so we can address it as it functions in your daily life. We can identify any problem areas and know where to start when in session!
Do I have to be there for my session?
Nope, 100% your call. Being present for a session does allow for more communication about your items and time for us to teach you strategies. You know your needs best, present or not we will do our best to create simple, lasting organization systems!
Can I book more than one project at a time?
You bet! Our work is completely custom so multiple areas can be addressed in your consultation and by booking multiple sessions in advance, the overall project cost will be lower. After the consultation, we will provide a quote based on the expected hours and organizers needed to complete your project on your timeline.
Will I be forced to throw away my things? What happens to the items we declutter?
You will never have to let go of anything that you are not ready to part with. In session clients often realize that they have more than they need or use. We are here to help you to make decisions about your items in order to intentionally curate a space that you genuinely love.
Decluttered items can be removed at the end of session for a flat fee. We partner with local centers to ensure your donations benefit people in your community.
